Peyton, Logan and Matthew swimming for about 7 hrs. that day at the cabin once summer finally arrived! We crammed in a bunch of activities: boating, tubing, swimming, diving off of the raft, backflips, barbeques, bonfires--4 straight days at the cabin to just enjoy!!! Aaaaahhhhh, summer! Caleb and Davin waiting their turn for the tube
Colton just lookin cute while "watching" his brothers play t-ball and baseball
Dani, Lily, Aaron and Calvin--so good to see you! Tallest to shortest--cool shirts
Boys--they are all monkeys
Lily and the boys!
Peyton and Lily (believe it or not they are only a year and a few months apart)--they became fast friends and although Lily spoke mostly in German, she said Peyton could understand what she said and Peyton did his fair share of teaching Lily a few things in English--their favorite being, "Kick 'em in the butt!"
Without even playing in a game, Caleb came home from the t-ball tourney with this shiner after playing catch with a friend! 2nd place!!
This is what Logan brought home from the tourney!! Hardware! How great he played! He even made a double play by himself and had 5 homeruns!
Peyton and Uncle Ty on the 4th of July
Trouble--Little Brentie and Little Chris of the future! Yikes! Peyton and his buddy Rory seem to have the same fun together as their fathers still do! Well, maybe not the same kind of fun, but lots of fun!
Rubber boots (that may be a little too big to stay on those little feet)...
and puddles...
equals...hours of fun for my boys!
Ahhhhh, summer Little swimmers

Before the big race with Brandon, Carole, and Blanche--we were the smart ones who chose to get the torture over with Friday night! Lots of stupid friends waiting to run the half and full Grandma's marathon on Saturday! Nuts!
Caleb got to finally make his 1st Communion this past Sunday, something he had been looking forward to all year! He (and Chris and I) was so proud and looked so handsome in his suit asking that morning, "Do I look like a man, like Dad?" He did a great job! Gotta have cake!
So proud!
It made the day extra special to have both of Caleb's godparents there, Uncle Brad and Auntie Brittany.
The ice went off the lake on Thursday, April 23rd. It is so nice to see water in place of the dark ice, not to mention loons, ducks and unfortunately muscrats. The boys spent this Saturday afternoon down on the beach running and digging in the sand, and even running into the lake. Colton had a blast throwing sand in the water (and putting it in his mouth). I might add that it is only 57 degrees outside although it looks beautiful. Crazy boys all in their underwear!
Snacking on the swing
Peyton in his glory riding his four-wheeler
Colton likes to be like the big boys and needs something to ride too--although, he doesn't go anywhere!
